Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our technical support team with your order number and the serial number of the PAT testing unit to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the device, along with all original calibration certificates, leads, and manuals, into its original protective hard case and shipping carton to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value electronic instruments.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and internal calibration seals, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
